What BellaVista Do…

  • Offer a Free, No Obligation Quotation and Design service to all our potential clients.
  • Carry out a totally professional assessment of your personal brief and provide our help and advice in order that you can achieve your goals.
  • Provide you with a fully comprehensive IBG (insurance Backed Guarantee), provided by the Plastic Window Federation (click here for details).
  • Provide you with Deposit Indemnity Insurance covering up to 15% of the total order value.
  • Have an office (see map) meaning that you can visit us, at a premises, and not just deal with an 0800 number diverted to a mobile line.
  • Provide you with any and all of the required documentation that apply to your installation, may it be BFRC Energy rating certificate (windows), Part P (electrics), Planning permission or Building Regs.

What BellaVista Does Not Do…

  • Employ commision based salesmen, therefore having to mark-up your quote to allow for their commissions.
  • Advertise “Special Offers” for any of our buildings. Everyone is priced from scratch, with nothing added, simply to take off again and try and tempt you, disguising this reduction as an “Offer”.
  • Offer to “Beat any like-for like price”, as we will always be competitive due to how our quotations are worked out, it just wouldn`t be possible for someone offering a like-for like product £000s cheaper.
  • Use an 0845, 0870 or 0800 telephone number to contact any of our departments. Whilst the World is becoming much more “mobile” based, we considered that the inevitable costs that our customers would incur by calling one of these numbers to contact us – is quite unfair! Therefore, due to the fact that the vast majority of mobile plans (including PAYG) have inclusive calls to landlines as part of the deal, we have gone full-circle and returned back to a local landline contact number.
  • Provide a “0%” or “Buy Now Pay Later” product. Come on, really! Does anyone honestly think that anything, especially money, is “FREE” these days? All of these offers carry a “subsidy” that needs to be paid to the finance provider of the facility. This is typically 12-14% of the value of the finance contract. Therefore, if I actually wanted a figure of £10,000 for your conservatory, I would have to charge you anything from £11,200-£11,400. Not really “FREE” then is it? There are much cheaper finance deals than 12-14% available in the marketplace today, including TRUE 0% deals when balance transferring or even purchasing on a credit card! As a discerning customer, we would rather give you the opportunity to consider the best option for yourself.

How It Works!

We know how important it is that every aspect of your decision making process is carefully considered, and therfore we will never rush you into choosing anything that will not fulfil your wants and needs. Instead, we listen to what it is that you want to achieve and then go about creating something with you that works, rather than trying to “sell” you something that will fall short of the mark, just because it might be easier and less work.

All our designers are highly trained, to ensure that every detail and possibility is covered, by giving you the advice, guidance and time that you`d expect when making such a large decision.

Initally, the design stage would start with a visit to your home, where our designer will gather a detailed brief from yourselves, consider the type of property you have and aspect of the proposed building. They will also take into account your lifestyle and aspirations in order to ensure that the final design works in harmony with you and your family.


How Will It Look?

Having all these ideas running around in your head generally means very little unless you have a great imagination or one of the very latest 3D, photo-realistic CAD drawing programs to create an image for you. Thankfully our designers have both! The imagination to conceptualise the building in the first place and then the software to create a 3-dimensional mock-up, an example can be seen by clicking here.   • At all times reach the satisfactory standard of workmanship required by Ultraframe (UK) Ltd and defined in the Glass and Glazing Publication “A Guide to Good Practice in the Specification and Installation of Conservatories within the UK”.
  • Take full responsibility for work done by subcontractors that they appoint and all subcontractors to be subject to the same obligations.
  • To offer an approved deposits protection guarantee (which may be combined with the insurance backed warranty) whenever deposits are taken from customers.
  • The Installation Manager /Lead Fitter annually must attend the Ultraframe ‘School of Excellence’ for skills update training.
  • Allow regular audits by the BBA of office procedures, completed conservatory installations, jobs in progress and general compliance with terms and conditions of membership.


  • Partnerships must abide by the Business Names Act 1985 and feature the partner’s names on all stationery (if they do not appear in the title of the firm).
  • To have public and employer’s liability insurance cover.
  • Be aware of, and comply with legal obligations e.g. with regard to the Sale of Goods Act, the Supply of Goods and Services Act, the Trade Descriptions Act and all other health and safety and environmental legislation.
  • Ensure that the customer is aware of any building control notifications, applications and planning issues required for the work involved and provide assistance in completing such where requested.


  • Have a formal system for logging and responding to complaints from consumers and agree to cooperate with the Scheme Manager to resolve issues.
  • Provide consumers with clear and simple information in estimates and contracts for all substantial items of work, covering:
  • Work to be done
  • Price, inclusive of VAT
  • Expected start and completion dates
  • Variations to contracts and
  • Payment terms
  • Complete all works promptly and to the agreed timetable.
  • Any remedial work must be completed promptly and to a high standard.
  • Provide consumers with a minimum written 10 year workmanship warranty with each installation and the offer of an insurance policy which will protect the consumer should the installer cease trading.
  • Present the homeowner with the Ultraframe “Certificate of Authenticity” and encourage them to complete and return it.
  • Members must agree to use the Ultra Installer logo only as authorised and to immediately stop using the logo if they leave, are suspended or expelled from the Scheme. This also applies to any associated marketing or promotional materials featuring the Ultra Installer Scheme logo.

The Customer

Members of the Federation have been thoroughly vetted and their customers may be assured that they are totally dedicated to ensuring complete satisfaction with every installation carried out.Each member has demonstrated sound business management, financial stability and a commitment to maintain those standards required by the Federation.
Member companies are indeed the elite within the industry and they have at their disposal at all times our complete range of services to be offered to all customers.
The Plastics Window Federation is the only organisation to offer a comprehensive examination of the ability of members’ sales staff to answer the wide range of questions posed by potential customers.

Deposit Indemnity Scheme

All customers of member companies can rest assured that the Federation’s Deposit Indemnity Scheme protects them against loss of deposit they pay in accordance with the terms and conditions prevailing in the Policy of Insurance.
Under the Deposit Indemnity Scheme, in the unlikely event that the member is unable to complete the work due to ceasing to trade, the Federation ensures that the outstanding work is completed to the original specification or as near as possible, at no additional cost.

Customer Complaints Procedure

In the event of you having a complaint against a member of the Federation, follow the procedure below.
Write to the Federation address giving the following information:-
Name of the company in question, details of the complaint, date the order was placed, date when the work was carried out, address at which the installation was carried out, address at which you can be contacted, telephone numbers Day/Evening.
What steps you have already taken to obtain satisfaction from the company, and what, if anything, they have done.The criteria for insurance is that the installation has been completed by a member company and that the products installed were those constructed from PVC-U / Aluminium profiles.
Once an installation is completed the member installing company will make an online application for insurance.The Federation will make application to the insurance company for acceptance.
The Federation will provide, online to the member installer, confirmation of acceptance.The member installer will download the certificate of insurance and policy terms and forward to the customer.
Once you have received your Certificate of Insurance please keep it in a safe place with your contract as these documents will be required in the events of a claim being made.
